Business Analyst

FUNCTION

• You analyze clients' requests and needs by actively collaborating with them and the development teams, relying on methods of analysis and expression of needs in order to offer them the most suitable solution
• You define clients' demands and business needs in order to establish a complete mapping of their needs for project development
• You identify and define opportunities to simplify, improve or adapt business processes with IT solutions
• You ensure the quality of the project until its delivery by participating in the realization of test plans and their execution
• You train future users and ensure their autonomy

PROFILE

• You have a master in computer science or you are a Civil, Industrial or Business Engineer
• You have at least 3 years' experience in IT
• You master the techniques of analysis and modeling of business processes and IT systems: UML, BPMN, ..
• You master these tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visual Paradigm, Enterprise Architect, Bizagi, Camunda,...
• You are rigorous and able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• You have a logical and analytical mind
• You search for pragmatic solutions
• You have good listening, interpersonal and organizational skills
• You can see the big picture
• You are proactive, creative and diplomatic
