Project Manager

FUNCTION

• You are the link between the client and the team of profiles specialized in the development of IT solutions but also of UX/UI designers, analysts and architects
• You maintain the right balance between the client's satisfaction and budget/planning constraints
• You listen to the client's expectations and offer the best solution to meet their needs
• You ensure the follow-up of the project until its delivery and train future users
• You ensure the proper implementation of Agile practices within the teams you manage
• You bring the team together around the same vision, motivate them and ensure the fulfillment of each team member

PROFILE

• You have relevant experience as a Project Manager in the IT world
• Whatever your background, you have a good knowledge of how the IT world works, justified by a fruitful experience of at least 2 years in a similar function in a company
• You have theoretical and practical knowledge of the Agile methodology
• You are bilingual (French-Dutch or French-English)
• You have an excellent analytical mind and are able to synthesize needs
• You are dynamic, enthusiastic, rigorous and structured
• Having aptitude in sales is a plus
